1. No Refund on Completed Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing and the extensive time, effort, and resources involved, once the service has been initiated and work has started, no full refund will be processed.

A partial refund may be considered only if:

We always aim to resolve concerns through communication. In case of dissatisfaction, clients must contact our support team at Hello@mediafox.in before raising disputes externally.

8. Final Decision Authority

All refund requests are evaluated case-by-case. MediaFox Digital Marketing Agency reserves the right to make the final decision on any refund request.
